Believing in the power of cooperative altruism, Melvin Jones helped
shape Lions Club International into the largest network of service
clubs in the world. The organization is committed to assisting the
visually impaired and supporting sight conservation worldwide. Using the
motto, "We Serve," Lions Clubs seek to improve the lives of the needy
and offer young people the chance to catch the spirit of service.

"You can't get very far until you start doing something for someone
else." Melvin Jones, Lions Club International Founder |

Since November 1941 the Moses Lake Lions Club has
served the needs of Moses Lake, Grant County, and the surrounding area. The
Objects of our club are:
-
To create and foster a spirit of understanding
among the peoples of the world
-
To promote the principles of good government
and good citizenship.
-
To take an active interest in the civic,
cultural, social and moral welfare of the community.
-
To unite the members in the bonds of
friendship, good fellowship and mutual understanding.
-
To provide a forum for the open discussion of
all matters of public interest, provided, however, that partisan politics and
sectarian religion shall not be debated by club members.
-
To encourage service-minded men and women to
serve their community without personal financial reward, and to encourage
efficiency and promote high ethical standards in commerce, industry,
professions, public works and private endeavors.

recycle your used eyeglasses and hearing aids!!
Those old eyeglasses and hearing aids you have sitting

We have collection boxes set up around town to accept
your used eyeglasses and hearing aids. Please let us put your used
